How to bake sponge cake



Procedure

8 eggs

8 table spoons of sugar

10 table spoons of flour

1 baking powder(1 small spoon)

1 glass of milk 2dcl

Half glass of oil. 1 dcl

First separate egg white from yolk. 

Mix yolks with suggar, add flour, baking powder oil and milk. 

Mix white to strong foam and add to yolk mix slowly and stir with spoon. 

Preheat oven on 175 degree and put cake. Bake about 20 min but you can check with thoothpick. If it comes out dry is baked. 

Cake pan greese with oil and pinch of flour or put baking paper.

For brown cake, same receipe just add 2 spoons of cacao powder and move 2 spoons of flour.
